Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

The nature of our products are digital when purchasing a licence and made-to-order when purchasing any HOOT Gear. Licence purchases are non-refundable. HOOT Gear items returned due to size issues will be at your own cost. Worn or washed items are non-returnable. Please ensure you order the correct size when ordering any HOOT Gear.

Refunds

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you if you qualify for a refund on any defective or damaged item and the refunded amount will be returned to you within 14 working days, to the banking details specified by you.

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at theresa@hootinstitute.co.za and send your item to: Shambala Park, 154 Klein, Vissershok Road, Cape Farms, Cape Town, 7435.

Returns

To return your product, you should return it to: Shambala Park, 154 Klein, Vissershok Road, Cape Farms, Cape Town, 7435. You will be responsible for your own return costs on your item.
